Although there are similarities, therapists focus on examining past experiences to understand current behavior while coaches help clients think about and plan for the future. Therapy can also be a treatment for various mental health conditions.

Every session is unique, tailored to you and your aims. I ask clients to identify a topic they’d like to improve on before their session. We then work together to identify what’s holding you back, where you want to be and practical steps to get there.

The techniques we use can be applied to any sector or business. Founded by a Certified Public Accountant and consultant, we have particular expertise in working with executive leaders in professional services, but have also provided coaching to leaders from a range of backgrounds, from XX to YY.

My coaching is based on real-world experience as a global senior leader. I bring an understanding of that environment to our coaching sessions, helping you identify barriers and plan how to achieve your goals.

I offer a complimentary introductory session followed by either an hourly rate or packages for 6, 12, or 24 sessions. It’s up to you, though I recommend a minimum of one session a week but can also provide daily mini-coaching sessions or bigger monthly workshops as required.

I’m based in L.A. but work with clients across the globe. All coaching sessions are done remotely using Zoom and can be scheduled for a time that suits you.

I work across time zones to support clients globally at a time that fits your schedule. I work with a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure that you get the support you need.
